All third-party product names, brand names, logos, trademarks, and registered trademarks displayed on, mentioned in connection with, or incorporated into our products (including, but not limited to, Honda®, Kawasaki®, Yamaha®, Suzuki®, Guts Racing®, Factory Effex®, or any other motorcycle equipment manufacturer) remain the sole property of their respective trademark owners.

The use of these third-party trademarks or original logos on or within NAYT products is solely the result of using genuine, pre-existing upcycled materials. NAYT is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, authorized by, or in any way officially connected to any motorcycle manufacturer, OEM, or aftermarket brand.

The products sold on this website are custom creations hand-crafted by NAYT. They are not manufactured, distributed, or warranted by the original trademark holders.

Custom Seat Cover Service Disclaimer

When customers submit their own seat covers or select custom options through our “Send-In” or “Custom Bag” program, the customer represents and warrants that they legally own or possess the right to supply the material for modification. NAYT performs modification services solely at the customer’s request.

This disclaimer helps establish clear consumer communication and reduces the risk of confusion. It does not constitute formal legal counsel; for complex trademark matters, consult an IP attorney.
