Giveaway Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
This giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Nayt Collective ("Sponsor," "we," "us"), Rescue, California. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Meta Platforms, Inc., or ByteDance Ltd. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway must be directed to Sponsor, not to the platform on which it is promoted.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the contiguous (lower 48) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island (Alaska, Hawaii, and Rhode Island are not eligible) who are at least eighteen (18) years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence) at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) or household members of Sponsor, and anyone else involved in the design, production, execution, or distribution of this Giveaway, are not eligible to enter or win. The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
3. No Purchase Necessary
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Making a purchase from Sponsor only provides an additional, optional method of entry as described in Section 5 below. Void where prohibited by law.
4. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on October 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time and ends on January 1, 2027 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will not be counted. Sponsor's records are the official timekeeper for the Giveaway.
5. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter. You may use either or both methods; entries obtained through each method are combined for purposes of the drawing.
Method 1 – Purchase Entry. During the Giveaway Period, for each five dollars ($5.00, pre-tax and pre-shipping) spent in a single, qualifying purchase from naytx.com, the purchaser will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway. Entries are calculated by dividing the qualifying pre-tax, pre-shipping purchase total by $5.00 and rounding down to the nearest whole number (e.g., a $23 purchase = 4 entries). There is no limit on the number of entries a person may earn through purchases during the Giveaway Period. Purchases must be made directly from Sponsor; purchases from unauthorized resellers do not qualify. Refunded or cancelled orders will have their associated entries voided.
Method 2 – Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary). To enter without making a purchase, mail a postcard with your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number to 2923 Sands Rd, Rescue, CA 95672, postmarked within the Giveaway Period and received no later than January 8, 2027. Each postcard received earns one (1) entry. There is no limit on the number of free entries a person may submit, just as there is no limit on purchase entries, but each postcard must be mailed separately in its own postage-paid mailing (one entry per postcard; bulk, mechanically reproduced, or third-party mailings will not be accepted). Free entries are counted equally with, and have the same odds of winning as, entries obtained via purchase.
All entries must include accurate and truthful information. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or illegible entries, or for technical failures of any kind. Use of any automated system to enter is prohibited, and such entries will be voided.
6. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period from all entry methods combined.
7. Prize(s)
One (1) winner will receive: one (1) Honda CRF110F dirt bike. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $3,500. Total ARV of all prizes: $3,500. No cash alternative will be offered, and the prize is not transferable, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. Winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the prize; because this prize's ARV is $600 or more, the winner will be required to complete a Form W-9 before the prize is awarded.
8. Winner Selection & Notification
On or about January 1, 2027, Sponsor will select the winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period, using a random number generator. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final. The potential winner will be notified by DM, email, and phone within five (5) days of the drawing and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) a Publicity Release within five (5) days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the required time, is found ineligible, or fails to return the required documents, that potential winner will forfeit the prize and Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries, time permitting.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway, or these Official Rules, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
10. Release of Liability
By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, and its owners, employees, and agents, from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or from the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, except where such release is prohibited by law.
11. Publicity
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, city/state of residence, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
12. Privacy
Information submitted with an entry is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy, and will be used only to administer the Giveaway and contact entrants, unless otherwise stated.
13. Disputes & Governing Law
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. As a condition of entering, entrant agrees that any disputes arising from the Giveaway will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judgments will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs, exclusive of attorneys' fees.
